Drops from Champion of the Honorguard in Kylikki's Crypt at the Field of the Dead, Cimmeria.

I got mine from The Lair-Vistrix mobs and some guildies from Kylliki Crypt mobs too! So i think they drop from Tier1 mobs

All T1 belt are random drop on trash mobs in Kylliki Crypt, Vistrix
