Drops from Champion of the Honorguard  in Kylikki's Crypt at the Field of the Dead, Cimmeria.

This item and all T1 belts drop from the trash mobs in Kylikki's Crypt, not from the Champion of the Honorguard which drops T1 shoulders and boots.

The Funk is correct

This also drops from mobs (not sure which) in Vistrix's Lair. At least, that's where I got mine.
Drops in general are quite rare in there.
